How can I become a sponsor or media partner for the Festival?
Sponsors are an important part of The Texas Tribune Festival. If you’re interested in becoming a sponsor, please email rnusbaum@texastribune.org.
Members of the media may apply for press credentials. For media inquiries, please email press@texastribune.org.
Can I volunteer at TribFest?
Yes, volunteers power TribFest! We will launch our volunteer program this summer. For more information, email volunteer@texastribune.org.
How do I become a member?
Texas Tribune members who donate $100 or more receive a steep discount on Festival tickets. Donate and join us as a member today to support the Tribune’s nonprofit newsroom and get members-only perks. Questions? Email us at membership@texastribune.org.
When does TribFest programming start? When should I plan to arrive?
Plan to arrive on Wednesday to take full advantage of three full days of programming beginning Thursday morning. Don’t miss any new sessions or experiences!
What accommodations are being offered to make the Festival accessible to attendees with disabilities?
We continuously strive to make the Festival accessible to everyone. Guests with accessibility challenges get priority entry into the keynotes. We will have ASL interpreters at our main stage venue, and there is reserved ADA seating at all venues. Please visit the Info Desk at our Festival Hub at the Omni to pick up an ADA map of the Festival.

Where should I stay in Austin?
A limited number of discounted rooms are available at the Omni Hotel for TribFest attendees, using this link.
There are also plenty of hotel options within walking distance of TribFest venues, including Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Aloft Austin Downtown, Hyatt Centric Congress Austin, The Driskill by Hyatt and Stephen F. Austin Royal Sonesta.

Where can I park?
Finding parking in downtown Austin is challenging, so plan ahead! Give yourself plenty of time if you drive, and consider taking a ride share or the bus.

What is the dress code?
We recommend comfortable shoes and casual or business casual attire. Inside the venues can be chilly, so a light layer is also recommended.
Can I cancel my TribFest ticket purchase for a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer yours to someone else using the link in your confirmation email. Need help? Email us at festival@texastribune.org.
Am I guaranteed entry to the panels I choose?
All panels are first come, first served — some will have lines, and we can’t guarantee entry. For ADA accessible seating, ask for the venue manager when you arrive. Member, Executive and Platinum badge holders have priority access to opening and closing keynotes.
